This is an old time saying that goes back even as far to Benjamin Franklin being quoted for making the statement. But this is an all too often quote used in the construction and solar industries and many of us have fallen victim to its words. Now, I will be the first to agree that there is a per watt market price in the initial project feasibility but it should never be used when going to market and commencing construction.
