METHODOLOGY

Throughout our years of field experience we have developed a customized methodology for every project which reflects our desire to create a simple project experience for our clients which has a proven track record for delivering successful projects.

This process is continually assessed and re-assessed throughout the projects lifecycle to analyze and eliminate risk before it becomes problematic. Our core methodology begins with three steps; Identification, Strategy, and Execution.

Our process begins with Identification. During this step we will conduct our due diligence to determine your Project goals, challenges, and current procedures. at the end of this stage we will also suggest or recommend customized solutions to meet the projects unique requirements.

Next, we will Strategize with all project stakeholders to develop the project plan which will include services, budget, schedule and solutions which is critical for a successful project. During this phase we use our customized methodology metrics to measure targets and ensure progress and utilize strategic tools and resources

Our last step, but certainly not the least important is the Execution Phase. During this phase CRG will deliver and execute on responsibilities including; vendor relationships, resources, and any all challenges that relates to the project. All progress is evaluated and tracked through web based software that is easily accessible. Our software provides you with customized, detailed data and reports that allows you to be project coherent at all times.
